Introduction
God is concerned about us making spiritual progress in our personal life as much as He is concerned about us increasing in our impact on our world with the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The United Kingdom as a nation has experienced a new beginning through RRORR but the job is not finished yet until it becomes a praise in the earth for Jesus Christ (Isaiah 62:6-7).
A chapter by chapter analysis and discussions of this book will enlighten us in this aspect and when the knowledge gained from it is also applied in our work for God, there will be tremendous results.
Study Objectives
· To expose every cell member to the treasures hidden in the book
· To inspire each member to the habitual use of our ministry materials
· To minister faith to the brethren

Week 3
TYPE OF MEETING: Outreach Meeting
THEME: THE POWER OF THOUGHTS
REFERENCE MATERIAL: DVD of Same Title - Message by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome
INTRODUCTION
In this DVD, Pastor Chris shows us how powerful our thoughts are in creating the life we desire to live. He defined thoughts as “pictures of the mind that have constructive or destructive possibilities and have power with emotions”. Thoughts are created by you; and the thoughts you choose to allow, are the ones that will affect you. He shows us that the extent of our vision is the boundary of our blessing; the Lord cannot do anything for you until you can see it; and this is the reason He gave you a mind. The change you desire has to start with your mind and the bible shows that we can be transformed and changed by the renewing of our minds. (Romans 12:2). Your life goes in the direction of your thoughts and you can therefore create thoughts that will move you in the direction you want to go.
Pastor Chris also helps us deal with the struggle of faith which some face. He shows us in this message using the illustration of the woman with the issue of blood, that our thinking helps our faith to be effective. (Matthew 9:21; Mark 5:27 – 28). This woman heard about Jesus and thought she could be healed. She heard of his love and healing power. The thoughts that we create and allow after we have heard the word of God are very vital. They determine what our response to the word of God is. It really matters how we hear, what we hear.
This message is relevant to everyone, both Christian and non-Christian; it therefore means that each one of us can have the change we desire, just by changing the way we think. In the book Recreating Your World, Pastor Chris points out that ‘our imaginative power is our creative ability’. God gave everybody a mind, so we can think and thereby see the pictures of what we can make; everybody therefore can create the world they want to live in and the future they want to enjoy.
THE IMPACT AND PURPOSE OF THIS OUTREACH
This outreach program will help us identify practical steps we can take to ensure that we continue to be a burning and shining light this year; we are the ones to make things happen and not wait and hope for things to happen.
It is also intended to lead the unsaved and sick to know that Jesus Christ loves and accepts him/her; to help them think in a way that will allow the saving power of the gospel to be activated towards them to save and to heal. We can expect healings and salvation to take place in our outreach meetings this month, as people are exposed to these truths in the word of God, about faith, God’s love and their role in making it happen.

“Oh Lord God, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. Your word says, ‘….whosoever shall call on the name of the lord shall be saved; (Acts 2:21) I ask Jesus to come into my heart to be the lord of my life. I receive eternal life into my spirit and according to Romans 10:9 ‘if thou shall confess with the mouth the lord Jesus…thou shall be saved’ I declare that I am saved; I am born again; I am a child of God! I now have Christ dwelling in me, and I walk in the consciousness of my new life in Christ.”
This shall be followed by the ministration of the Holy Ghost
Ministration of the Holy Ghost
The Cell leader leads them in prayer thus:
“Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for the Gift of the Holy Spirit. As Your child, I now receive Him by faith to come and dwell in my heart. I receive Him into my soul and body. I receive Him into every fiber of my being. I am now filled with the Holy Spirit, and according to Your Word in Acts 2:4, I speak with other tongues as He gives me utterance, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.”
CONCLUSION
At the end of the Word ministration, the preacher should pronounce God’s blessings upon all in the meeting.
Week 4
TYPE OF MEETING: Fellowship Meeting
THEME: WATERING YOUR SEED FOR HARVEST
REFERENCE MATERIALS: THE SEED-WATERING RAIN – ROR Topical Compendium pg 317
POWER FOR CHANGE – DVD by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome
Purpose
At the beginning of this year, the Lord gave us the message for the year 2011, through our Man of God Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. Year 2011 is our Year as a burning and shining light. Pastor took us to another level, where we understood that we do not ask what the year is bringing or wait for things to happen; instead we make things happen. In this fellowship meeting we will be looking at our role in bringing about the financial harvests that we desire from our seeds. This is intended to help us get the full benefits from the various seeds that we have sown following from IPPC 2010, Seeds towards RRORR UK, etc and to position us to do more for the expansion of God’s kingdom. There is so much more that we can do with and for the gospel of Jesus Christ, and our finances are vital in determining the magnitude of impact we can make for the Kingdom of God.
Study Objectives
To show each member what to do ensure harvest from the seeds we sow;
To strengthen the finances of the brethren;
To help each person see his role and God’s role in financial increase.
To highlight the place of prayer and the Spirit of God in the results we desire.
Introduction
Zechariah 4: 6 states that it is not by might, nor by power but by the Spirit of God. Showing us that God can produce for us whatever we desire through the power of the Holy Spirit. Incidentally, it is the power of God which we make operational in our lives that works for us. We all understand the importance of rain to the farmer, as the survival and productivity of the seed depend greatly on it. This is also applicable to the financial seeds we sow and the soul winning efforts that we put into the kingdom of God. There is a time to sow seeds, and those seeds are intended to yield harvests. There is a life principle that God has put in place, which means that every seed has the capability to yield according to its kind, but in multiples.
The Seed-Watering Rain – ROR Topical Compendium page 317.
In this article, Pastor Chris points out to us that prosperity is a product of the Holy Ghost. In Isaiah 32:15, we see that the outpouring of the Spirit of God brings about fruitfulness. Pastor made it clear in this article that it is not enough to just sow your seed and then expect harvest to happen automatically. A seed will not just grow on its own, as there are elements that facilitate its development. He said “Until the rain falls, nothing will happen to your seed”. We also see our place in causing that rain of the Spirit to happen, to bring about the increase we desire. As we pray, especially in the Holy Ghost, we can cause the rain of the Spirit to fall to produce the increase. Whether increase in our finances or increase in our cells and churches. In 1 Corinthians 3: 6 – 7, Paul points out to us the different functions of planting (sowing), watering and the increase which comes from God; all three are very necessary for there to be a harvest.
The following are very important factors that are highlighted in this message, which determine the outcome from our seeds:
Having an expectation from your seed; the farmer’s expectation determines what type of seed he sows his seed;
The rain of the Holy Ghost waters our seeds to cause them to produce. Isaiah 32:15 “Until the Spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field and the fruitful field be counted for a forest”.
Our prayers cause that rain to happen; Acts 4:31 tells us that when the disciples prayed they were filled the Holy Ghost; and in Acts 10:44 the Bible said that while Peter was speaking in Cornelius’s house, the Holy Ghost fell (like the rain would fall) on all who heard the word. Our prayers and declarations of Rhema can water our seeds.
Praying in the Holy Ghost.
A careful study of this ROR article is recommended by each cell leader and every member is expected to participate in the meeting as we review this timeless principle of seed and harvest. Listening to the message Power for Change will both inspire and enlighten us on the benefits of praying in tongues to make the power available to produce.
The Cell/PCU/PCF Leaders should minister the Holy Ghost to those who have not yet received the infilling of the Holy Ghost and encourage them to pray in tongues very often.
CONCLUSION
We can all be vitally involved financially in our ministry as we put this principle to work. God delights in the prosperity of His children; and we can do so much more for the Kingdom of God. The Lord is the one who ministers seed to the sower and bread for your food; He will multiply your seeds sown. (2Cor 9: 10).
